- Sales: 3-6 years of experience in selling complex, technical software solutions, ideally Identity Management, to large enterprises. You will have consistently exceeded your sales targets and be in the top few percent of your peers. You will be a creative deal-maker, able to build relationships fast, qualify early and close deals.
- Hunting & farming: You will be happy in finding new opportunities, opening new doors and creating new relationships from scratch. You will have experience of working with a creative, passionate marketing team to optimize messaging and produce high quality leads. You will also have experience of account development, building on initial success to create long-lasting win-win relationships as a trusted partner and advisor.
- Technology: You will have a strong understanding of software architectures, be able to analyze requirements and understand and explain concepts of middleware and data-driven system integration. You will be happy to dive into the technical details with your customers, inspiring confidence in the robustness and flexibility of our solution.
- Communication and consultative skills: You will be an outstanding communicator, with a consultative style; you may have worked for a technology consultancy. You will be articulate and totally confident leading conversations with senior technology and business executives, understanding and distilling their challenges and deriving solutions. You will be an expert at producing written proposals and presentations and love being "on your feet" presenting to groups large and small.
