job summary:
Seeking an experienced business analyst to serve as a key team member for the ARMI, AaRT and Quoting Solutions programs within an Agile/SAFe environment. The Business Analyst will be avital link between our information technology delivery capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, story creation, development, documentation, QA and deployment tasks. The role will engage with business leaders and users to understand how data-driven changes to process, products, services, software and hardware can improve efficiencies within KP and add value.- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management within an Agile/SAFe project environment
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to KP's underwriting business
- Bachelors Degree Required
