Description We have an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Property Administrator! Then we have a great position for you!Your responsibilities in this roleAssist in a broad range of administrative support for property managers for residential, commercial and/or community association properties
Discuss leases, terms of occupancy, and/or ownership with prospective tenants
Handle tenant applications, leases, or contracts
Organize insurance requirements
Organize maintenance, landscaping, and property repairs
Support preparation of budgets, financial documents and other reports
Gather monthly rent and fees Requirements - Proven skills in customer service, problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation
Strong interpersonal skills and computer competencies are necessary
Prior real estate, financial and/or contract experience preferred
