Job Description

As a Organizational Change Manager, you’ll lead change strategy, develop transition plans, and determine approach while engaging with regional transformation leads and area change teams. You’ll ensure quality delivery, aligning execution with success metrics while monitoring performance and maintaining communication throughout the journey. Following launch, you’ll enjoy evolving your expertise as you identify and support continuous improvement on capabilities.

About the team

The Logic20/20 Strategy & Operations team brings together people, processes, and technology to build solutions that propel businesses towards a goal—whether that’s accelerated growth, a better customer experience, or happier employees. Working with a diverse team of consultants and project managers, you’ll have the chance to make a difference in how companies develop new products, protect their customers’ privacy, drive cultural change, and more. About you

  • You are a structured, strategic thinker with the ability to tackle complex business strategy, process, and change management challenges
  • You’re empathetic, communicative, and collaborative
  • You have a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem
  • You are successful driving change and project results despite fluctuating requirements
  • You are motivated and feel compelled to deliver–whether it be on deadlines, promises, or results
  • You have a track record of recommending and implementing improvements to projects and processes for clients

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience leading in change management, governance, project management, or a similar role
  • 2+ years of experience as a consultant, preferably at a large, leading consulting company
  • Prosci Change Practitioner certification or comparable change management credentialing is preferred but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft products
  • Undergraduate degree in technology or business preferred
