RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Program Manager in Oakland, CA.
Key Tasks: Manages a complex group of portfolio projects and acts as a change agent Maintains a strategic focus and manages complex inter-project relationships Lead and provide an environment with project managers and project leads that drives to superior results despite challenges Manages a project utilizing proprietary process for Project Management Manages supply and demand to ensure adequate resources are available and delivery commitments are met Acts as the primary interface for the business partners and the initiative Manages timelines, status reports and statistics Lead a cross-functional team while motivating team members to their highest potential Excellent analytical skills Interfaces effectively with all levels and across organizational lines Effectively utilizes external vendors and internal resources Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships Develop, request funding for, and execute national long-term support model - Q1, Q2, Q3 Conduct workshops with key regional stakeholders to gather requirements and solution design - Q1 & Q2 Explore and build business case for other opportunities and/or national spread (e.g. MoCs and Continuum) - Q3 & Q4 Coordinate existing/future business case refreshes - Q3 & Q4 Establish national sponsors and steering committee groups, charter, and cadence Coordinate with national sponsors and steering committee on status updates, product roadmap, and prioritization - Q3 & Q4 Track and report out on benefits Perform NCAL Product Manager role leveraging SaFe methodology Escalate risks and remove obstacles Executive report out Develop prioritized features and epics Cascade priorities to team Foster and promote a culture of helpfulnessREQUIREMENTS: BA or BS required; MBA preferred PMP certification required Requires excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skillsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
