- Support the migration from legacy on-prem SharePoint sites to GCC High O365 tenant.
- Participate in migrations and modernizations from on-premises to Microsoft Office 365
- Collaborate as part of larger delivery teams, to include product managers, business analysts, architects, developers, user experience designers and change management professionals
- Share best practices with internal team members and clients
- Manage client expectations throughout a project
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert on SharePoint migrations and issues with project outcome accountability
- Assist in training end-users during all upgrade phases
- Work with end users to solve issues related to content migration
- Work evenings and weekends on rotation or as needed
- Perform site / content migrations from SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online
- Use 3rd party content migration tool - ShareGate
- Design and implement forms and workflows solutions using PowerApps/ PowerAutomate
- Work with groups to maximize the use of site content in Microsoft Teams
