Technology Project Manager
On-site Position in Oakland, CA, CTH The Technology Project Manager will be required to handle multiple projects at any given time, all with varying schedules, scopes of work, staffing levels, and requirements. The Technology Project Manager is expected to leverage their interpersonal skills and influence to work with all levels of the organization to keep projects on track from initiation to closing. Job Duty Examples: · Represent Information Technology Department in all project planning and status update meetings. · Liaison between Healthcare business stakeholders and IT leaders to identify business requirements and perform a needs assessment for IT systems and services. · Work with IT stakeholders to develop specifications for enterprise IT systems, services, and spaces that meet business requirements. · Work with IT team to develop proposals, get approvals, software, and services that meet IT specifications. · Assist IT stakeholders to analyze projects and schedule meetings with the vendors, and Healthcare customers. · Create and maintain project artifacts including stakeholder presentations, project charters, project plans, status reports, etc. · Resolve project issues, manage project interdependencies by working with the appropriate resources and escalate concerns to management as necessary. · Document and report Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies using a RAID log. · Manages multiple concurrent IT projects that are medium to high in complexity, size, and scope. Desired Skills: · Demonstrated responsibility for all aspects of the delivery of their project including scope, schedule, quality, and budget. · Ability to lead and manage across all strategic projects in a flat organization. · Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, etc.). · Working knowledge of Smartsheet, MS project management software, and Teams Planner. · Previous experience in the healthcare field MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The equivalent of five (5) years full-time, progressively responsible experience in project management in the area of Information Technology, or a closely related field. Licenses & Certifications: Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from an accredited college or university is highly desirable.Vacancy expired!
