IT Program Manager Local to Northern or Southern CA Apex Systems is looking for qualified candidates to join a contract opportunity with one of our largest healthcare clients! Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in related field Top Daily Responsibilities:

  • Successfully design and lead workstream for large program
  • Manage the overall priorities and objectives of the team so that time and resources are focused on the key areas; ability to plan and meet timelines
  • Draft, review/revise procedural documents
  • Analyze complex work processes, consider program interdependencies, risks, issues, assumptions
  • Meeting facilitation, coaching, and influencing
Top (3) Required Skills Candidate Should Have:
  • Program Management discipline
  • Team player with strong inter-personal, negotiation, and communications skills (oral and written)
  • Workflow Development & Operations Documentation experience OR
  • Testing and Deployment experience
Additional Skills Preferred (Not Required):
  • PMP Certification
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
  • Hospital staffing and scheduling experience
  • Labor/Management Partnership environment
