Job Description
  • An opportunity for an experienced candidate in Supply Chain Management at our Oceanside facility in Southern California. We are seeking motivated, team-oriented individuals with expertise in master data management and enterprise systems. The qualified Business Systems Analyst will implement and ensure the integrity and accuracy of master data management for our enterprise systems.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensures master data integrity in key enterprise systems like Oracle EBS, Maximo, and Oracle Agile (GPLM) as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality.
  • Supports data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners to ensure functional master data integrity across the operations of enterprise systems is consistent and meets stated business rules and requirements.
  • Works closely with the business and IT colleagues to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the applications meet all requirements.
  • Provides assistance in resolving data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and data stewards.
  • Provide support to the Asset Induction Management Strategy (AIMS) Team to ensure all MDM requirements are completed in a timely manner.
  • Supporting and driving process and technical/functionality changes in Oracle EBS, Maximo, and GPLM.
  • Ensures GMP compliance and safe work practices to align with effective SOPs.

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in related field and a BS or BA; or 1+ years of relevant experience and a MS.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical operations/cGMP environment highly desirable.
  • Advanced knowledge and skill with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel and other reporting and tracking tools.
  • Strong experience with enterprise systems like Oracle EBS and Maximo preferred but any relevant experience with other ERP and ECMMS is acceptable.
