Description:This position is responsible for the management of the

Resort at Squaw Creek Condominium Association (“RSCCA”). This position reports

to the RSCCA Board of Directors and to leadership at the Resort at Squaw Creek. S/he

will work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering and the Landscaping teams to

assure successful day-to-day operations. This position is fully committed to

ensuring that all procedures are performed to the Association’s and Resort’s

standards in addition to serving as an ambassador for the Resort at Squaw Creek.Essential Functions Be the expert and knowledgeable of all condominium units and serve as the primary point of contact for the RSCCA. Ensure financial accuracy of RSCCA financials Serve as the liaison between homeowners and Resort staff Work in partnership and collaborate with Housekeeping and Engineering to achieve operations efficiency and successful results for guest, homeowner and RSCCA Board of Directors’ satisfaction Approach internal and external guest opportunities with a sense of care and urgency; provide prompt follow-up to ensure 100% guest satisfactionQualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience) Two or four year degree from accredited college or university or equivalent experience in resort-orientated property management or hospitality industry required Certified Manager of Community Associations preferred Minimum of two years supervisory experience in a high volume setting preferred Previous hospitality experience in a Four Diamond quality organization preferred Previous experience with Windows, Office, and property management systems highly desirable Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write in the basic English language Ability to effectively communicate and provide directions in a clear, concise and professional manner in both verbal and written form Demonstrate ability to compute basic arithmetic Must be available to work, varied shifts and flexible schedulesPrimary Location: US-CA-Olympic ValleyOrganization: Resort at Squaw CreekPay Basis: YearlyJob Level: Full-timeJob: Front OfficeReq ID: OLY000375Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
