Human Resources Business Partner Ontario, CA Direct Hire Salary: $70-$80k

Job Description: Our client is in a state for an immediate need for a Human Resources Business Partner. Responsible for executing action items that support key HR functions. Successful candidate will encompass a variety of specialized Human Resources support areas as recruitment, employee retention, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration as well as training and development.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business or related field
5 years in Human Resources as HR Generalist, Employee Relations, Recruiter
Knowledge of state and federal employment laws
Time management and organization skills
Experience with ADP Workforce Now
Microsoft Office software
