On floor application support and resolution of issues. Avg at least 2 to 3 years of working knowledge in Manhattan WMoS SCPP platform preferably version 2012 or above.1. Good functional knowledge in Logistics domain. 2. In depth knowledge of Manhattan WMoS (version 2012 or above) application and architecture. 3. Ability to navigate thru logs(application, system) and perform RCA and provide solutions. 4. Ability to provide solutions for queries/problems from Business/operations. Good analytical and interpretation skills
