- Review Business Requirements and specifications
- Create and/or Review Test Strategy, Test Approach and Test Plan documents
- Create and Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix
- Create and Review test scenarios and test cases and ensure full test coverage and traceability to business requirements
- Execute test cases, log defects and triage defects
- ETL/Data migration testing
- System integration and UAT testing
- Develop and implement Test Automation Strategy
- Create and run automation test scripts
- Test Tableau and Great Plains reports
- Participate in daily Scrum meetings
- Participate in defect triage meetings
- Prepare test case execution reports
- Track test progress and identify any issues and risks proactively
- Prepare Test Metrics and Test Summary/Exit Reports
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Bachelors’ Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering or related field (required)
- Experience in developing, reviewing and executing Test Strategies and Test Plans
- Experience using test management software including Jira, Micro Focus ALM and Bugzilla
- Experience in defining and implementing Test Automation Strategies
- Experience managing defects
- Experience using test automation software, including UiPath, Selenium and Robot Framework is an asset.
- Experience in testing of Tableau and Great Plains Reports is an asset.
- Cross-functional business experience
- Experience working with and leading teams in a dynamic environment
- Able to fully utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)
- Proven ability to evaluate opportunities and challenges in a systematic manner
- Familiar with Waterfall, Agile, SDLC and STLC methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Works well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
- Remains informed and apply new developments in the field of knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, lead, organize, negotiate and manage risks
- Experience with CRM solutions, such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Service Cloud or SalesForce will be an asset.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people
- Capable of working independently, take the initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Active listening is a prerequisite
- Organized and detail oriented
- Strong preference will be given to candidates with French Language proficiency and experience with Test automation strategy and execution
