RF Application Engineer Ontario, CA Direct Hire Salary:$85k-105k Job Description Our client is looking for a motivated and talented RF/ Microwave Application Engineer. Responsibilities will be performing advanced measurements of semiconductor device analysis for modeling, performance evaluation, and characterization. Be the voice of the customer and work with the product design team to define and create new products or solutions. Successful candidate will have the talent and desire to help others, learn and find solutions and create value. Required Skills:- Strong knowledge of fundamental microwave engineering terms and concepts (db, dBm, power gain, S-parameters, insertion loss, reflection loss etc.)
- Hands on experience with essential measurement equipment, such as VNA, power sensor, spectrum analyzer, power supply, oscilloscope
- Basic coding in any language (Python, C, C#, etc.)
- Master's Degree
- Experience as a measurement/test engineer or an application engineer in the semiconductor RF industry
- Experience with impedance tuners
- Doctorate in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
