Position Summary InformationJob Description Summary: We seek up to 4 Design Assistants who have ADOBE software knowledge & design skills. We seek a methodical team-player to work without supervision at times. The candidate will work with on projects for all offices across campus, and the local community. Strong communication skills and initiative required. Candidate will oversee the cleaning & maintaining of designated work spaces, Moulton Hall 168, Leatherby Libraries B12 & the plotter and production rooms. Final candidates must have 2019-2020 federal work study award.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include designing & creating flyers, schedules, note cards, note books, programs, posters, filing & assisting heavily in the annual OC Portfolio Review & all Graphic Design student shows in our Gallery. There will be additional tasks including taking ink inventory, troubleshoot printer(s) issues and some administrative duties. Rate is $12.00 per hour.
