Job DescriptionVolt has partnered with a top organization in Orange to help identify multiple Pay / Bill Specialists for immediate hire. In this role you will ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and invoicing to customers.Specific duties will entail:
Work with multiple departments, branches and customers to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and invoicing
Reconcile and monitor aging for assigned accounts
Identify trends and recurring issues regarding customer billing
Participate in monthly and year end accrual process, research questions for auditor as required
Requirements:
2 4 years’ experience in a payroll or accounts receivable environment
High School diploma
Strong data entry skills
Excellent communication skills
Hours are full time, M-F from 8am 5pm but will require the ability to work overtime as needed. Positions are temp to hire.To apply, submit resume today.
