- Independently performs analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex computing issues for end-users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions.
- Independently install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-point, network, telecommunication hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, software, and other products in order to deliver a high-quality end user compute environment.
- Collaborate with Technology team members to ensure efficient operation of the organization’s end-user computing environment. Ultimately acquiring a general understanding the technologies other teams support.
- Deliver exceptional service through all forms of communication including, in-person, remote, email, phone, text, and chat. Handle complex customer situations ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Independently maintain a well-organized and structured work environment, ensuring all hardware is accounted for and work efforts can be well prioritized.
- Contribute to strong knowledge management practices by clearly documenting all tickets and producing high-quality knowledge base articles ensuring a continuity of knowledge within the team.
- Associate degree in Information Technology, or equivalent experience and education can be accepted in lieu of degree.
- Preferred: IT Certification: CompTia, Cisco, ITIL, Microsoft
- Required: Minimum four years of work experience in IT environment.
- Preferred: Six years of work experience in health care IT environment.
- Fundamental knowledge in MS Office suite, Visio and Project
- Ability to perform installation, setup, configuration, migration, upgrading and maintenance of desktop PCs, thin clients, laptops, tablets and portable phones, software and related peripherals
