Accounting Clerk
Mid-size company seeking full time accounts payable accounting clerk to join the team, M-F 8 hours per day. Essential duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Entering A/P invoices
-Matching invoices to purchase orders
-Reviewing vendor statements monthly
-Filing
-Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Netsuite, Microsoft Outlook and other office applications, and the ability to learn and understand additional software as needed. Accuracy is a must! Must be able to read, communicate, and follow work instructions. Pay rate $22.00-$26.00 per hour depending on experience. Company offers competitive benefits.
