Local business serving Orange County for over 30 years has a position available: Full Charge Bookkeeper. Responsibilities include all day to day Accounting and Bookkeeping activities. Position requirements include: experience performing bookkeeping functions, experience using an accounting software, strong organizational and follow up skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, word doc, outlook). Responsibilities include: journal entries, month-end close, financial statement preparation, audit, full cycle A/P, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years bookkeeper or related accounting experience
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- work experience with an accounting software (ie. MAS90, Quickbooks, Peachtree/Sage, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrates initiative and is self motivated.
- Demonstrates accountability and good communication skills
- Demonstrates history of meeting deadlines
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills
- Demonstrates high degree of responsibility and systematic follow up.
- Demonstrates high degree of precision and accuracy
