Our company is looking for a sharp and eager to learn personal assistant who will be working directly with the company owner on a daily basis. The position is highly dynamic and requires an open minded individual who wants to learn new skills used in business and design. High computer proficiency is required to be successful and grow within the company. This position is ideal for a business or design oriented individual who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats.

We are a custom manufacturer of high-end home products and as such, we work with architects, contractors and homeowners. A professional demeanor and great attention to detail is required, always making sure that documentation is precise to ensure a transparent relationship with clients and co-workers.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS (BUT NOT LIMITED):

1. Computer Proficiency (MUST KNOW MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel and Internet Savvy)

2. Well-Spoken, Good reading skills, Professional Grammar and Punctuation

3. Good Verbal Phone Skills, Work Well Under Pressure While Multitasking, Detail Oriented & Well Organized, Positive Attitude & A Team Player

4. Be Able To Maintain Physical & Digital Filing Systems

5. Be Able To Work Occasional Overtime & Saturdays

6. Data Entry & Maintenance

7. Reliable Transportation

8. Business Casual Attire

Desired But Not Required Skills

1. Knowledge of QuickBooks

2. Drafting or CAD Drawing

3. Photo Shop Editing

4. Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Etc.)

Compensation: Depending on Experience. You will start as the personal assistant of the owner. Confidentiality is of essence in building trust and gaining responsibility. Communication between the owner and the company clients will frequently be part of the position including writing quotes, scheduling and emailing on behalf of the owner. You will learn multiple business skills that will prove to be extremely valuable in years to come.
