We are looking for friendly and reliable seasonal team members to join our balloon vending location at Downtown Disney. (Please note: this is a third-party vendor position, not an official Disney Cast Member role.)
Employment Period:
November 2025 – January 2026
Shifts Available:
Morning, Swing, and Night
Pay Rate:
$17 per hour
Must be available to work on the following holidays in addition to your regular schedule:
Thanksgiving Day
Black Friday
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
Requirements:
Must be available to work throughout the full seasonal period (November–January)
Once your schedule is set, availability changes may not be possible.
Excellent communication skills that will be utilized with staff, management and customers.
Drive to meet and exceed performance expectations.
Perform other duties such as vending balloons, cashier and greeting.
Providing the highest level of Customer Service standards while maintaining a professional demeanor and personal presentation at all times
Must like working with kids
Candidates must be able to adapt quickly and must be proficient with computers and cash registers with a high level of accuracy.
Must pass security background check and drug testing.
