Position: We are looking for a E-commerce specialist/customer service agent to help with the inquires with wholesale and retail customers.
Details: This is a full time job, Monday-Friday 8-4:30. Desk job with iMac computer and internal 7 line phone system.
Requirements: Answer a wide variety of customer enquiries through phone or email including: product enquiries, product advice, returns, lost packages or warranties, pricing questions. Tracking customer orders through shipping programs. Organizing paperwork/orders and communicating any delays. Confirming address verifications or product verifications. Must be very detailed and attentive. Running Shipping labels though Shipstation software. Managing order status. Working with staff and customers on getting orders completed. Skateboarding knowledge a plus.
SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE a plus:
Working with Apple products phones, tablets, Mac computers
Cloud base database notes
Amazon Alexa scheduling/ Note taking/ Alarms
