We are a manufacturer of small kitchen and household appliances currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist in our Lake Forest office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interact with customers through email, phone and on-line sales channels such as Amazon. Will provide information to troubleshoot products and process warranty claims.
- Perform light warehouse duties such as relabeling if needed
- Review product listings and user's guides if needed
MANDATORY JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, and Thunderbird)
- Excellent business communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Positive approach with customers
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years of experience in E-commerce customer service
- Amazon Seller Central
- Import/Export procedures
- Using small kitchen and household appliances.
This is not a remote position and requires working in the office.
