We seek a motivated and experienced Cafe/Hookah Lounge Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a positive guest experience. We are known for our great food and service and need a leader to maintain and elevate our standards.
Willing to do profit sharing for the right person.
Hours: 6 PM - Close (Midnight to 1 AM)
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, including opening/closing, reservations, and staff coordination.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complaints.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs.
- Manage cash handling and sales reconciliation and contribute to budget development.
- Contribute to marketing and promotional efforts.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including hookah-specific rules.
- Oversee hookah preparation and service (if applicable).
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
