We are seeking an experienced line cook and pastry cook to hire in our fine dining restaurant. The applicant should have 2 years of minimal cooking on a line in a fast paced kitchen. The applicant should be willing to contribute to the kitchen in all areas needed beyond the scope of "line cook", which includes but not limited to show up on time, preparation work, cleanliness and light butchery. Skills that you should posses are great attitude, willingness to learn, high focus level, professionalism, cleanliness and organization. We are a kitchen that prides ourselves in quality and we are very detail oriented. You will be in an environment that you will learn from very experienced chefs and have the potential for promotions and sous chef positions.
