West Coast Kitchen Group is launching multiple delivery-first dark kitchen brands from our new Anaheim production kitchen. We are building a small, reliable, high-energy team to run daily operations for:
Falafel, Kabob & Shawarma
This is NOT a dine-in job — it’s a fast-paced production kitchen focused on accuracy, consistency, and speed.
OPEN ROLES:
Line Cooks (Shawarma, Falafel, Kabob stations)
Prep Cooks
Assembly/Packaging Crew
Shift Leads
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prep proteins, sauces, salads, and fry items for multiple brands
Build bowls, wraps, and plates with exact portioning
Operate fryers, griddles, ovens, and shawarma equipment
Maintain clean workstations and follow food safety
Execute high-volume delivery orders during rush periods
Assist with opening/closing kitchen procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
Fast hands and attention to detail
Reliable and able to keep pace during peak delivery hours
Experience in Mediterranean / Middle Eastern / quick-service kitchens is a plus
Ability to work independently and follow brand standards
Food Handler Card or willingness to obtain it
