Abilities OC is now hiring staff in our Adult Residential Facilities (L4i) in Orange County (locations in Anaheim and Santa Ana) which exclusively serve adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness and behavioral challenges. Our homes utilize intensive interdisciplinary clinical services, employ competent and well-trained direct care staff, utilize best practices in person-centered care, and are set in a well-resourced four-bed residential home in the community.
Abilities OC seeks experienced support staff who will be responsible for providing care, supervision and training for persons with deficits in self-help skills and/or severe impairments in physical coordination and mobility, and/or severely disruptive or self-injurious behavior.
