We are seeking for an experienced Vietnamese female Caregiver for our parents (limited mobility) to live in the home in Charlotte, North Carolina and provide daily assistance to elderly individuals. The ideal candidate will help maintain a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for the senior(s) while living on-site.
Minimum 5 years working experience.
Pay period - biweekly by check only
Will check background and drug test
Will pay for relocation
Duties:
Assisting with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing).
Helping with mobility (walking, transferring from bed to chair).
Preparing meals and monitoring nutrition.
Reminding or administering medications as prescribed.
Checking vital signs (blood pressure, glucose, etc.).
Observing and reporting changes in physical or mental condition.
Coordinating with healthcare professionals.
Light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, tidying).
Providing social interaction and conversation.
Encouraging hobbies, games, or exercise appropriate for their ability.
