SUMMARY:

This position is responsible coordinating the daily scheduling, cancellation and confirmation of temporary staff. This includes advanced scheduling of daily registry staff by communicating with third party vendors and assigning qualified health care professionals based on the clients needs. Coordinator must maintain quality assurance consistent with company policies and procedures. The Coordinator will be cross-trained in file compliance and other daily administrative duties. SOME EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: EVENING SHIFT STARTING 8:00-8:30 PM START TIME; AVAILABLE FOR WEEKENDS; 12-HR SHIFT. FIRST 4-6 WEEKS OF TRAINING WILL BE DONE ON FIRST SHIFT. TRAINING TIME DEPENDS ON FAST YOU LEARN THE JOB.

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

This position takes staffing requests from clients via telephone, e-mail and operating system communications. Must be able to use good listening skills and fact - finding questions to determine clients staffing needs. Communicating client staffing needs to third party vendors to secure staffing coverage. This position requires accurate communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast pace environment. Communicating client needs in a timely manner, while maintaining the exceptional service levels.

Assist with staffing of health care professionals as directed by the clients for advanced scheduling. Communicate changes to any pre-booked or pre-confirmed candidates as directed by the clients.

Office Communication: The Per Diem Staffing Coordinators have direct contact with clients and third party vendors on a regular basis. The Coordinator will communicate information that impacts all parties as required.

Administrative Duties: The Per Diem Staffing Coordinator is responsible for order intake, order entry and reporting as required.

Obtain availability from vendors related to their temporary healthcare staff. Match the available staff based on the clients scheduling needs in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures.

Use the operating system to coordinate a smooth transition from orientation scheduling to monthly scheduling
