We are currently recruiting for a QA Audit/Review - must be an LVN or RN.
In this role, the successful candidate will review/audit patient charts and report findings, while ensuring compliance.
Candidates should be computer literate and able to work with minimal supervision.
This is a part-time or possibly full-time position.
Ideal candidate will ideally have 1 to 2 years experience in QA/Auditing, preferably in a Home Health and/or Hospice setting.
