Harmony Dentistry in Mission Viejo has an ideal position for you!
YOUR ROLE AS A LEAD DENTAL ASSISTANT:
You are an important member of our Harmony team. You’ll be in charge of many aspects of the Dental Office and you'll be working side by side General Dentists, Hygienists and other Assistants.
We have a system going but we are open to your suggestions.
You will be focused on:
Besides your RDA Duties:
PATIENT SATISFACTION
1. Offering Hand Paraffin Wax, Water, Asking patients if they need anything, etc
2. Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
3. Making sure patients are comfortable during procedures
DENTAL ASSISTING TEAM: You (and Office Manager) are in charge of the DA Team:
1. Educate & Train the Dental Assistants on what to do & how to be efficient in the office
2. Manage Scheduling (Vacations, Time off, etc)
SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT
1. Ordering & Budgeting Supplies
2. Equipment upkeep

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
RDA license
A minimum of 4 yrs related experience
A current CPR certification
An active X-Ray license
