ISYS currently has an Human Resources and Benefits Generalist opening in our Brea office.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manages recruiting process including screenings and interviewing
Administers ISYS' Leaves of Absences
Leads Onboarding process for all new hires
Manages and monitors Performance Review process
Leads safety meetings and organizes content of safety information
Maintains and monitors professional development information of ISYS employees
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent computer skills/literacy, with expertise in the Microsoft suites
Attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously
Ability to maintain complete confidentiality
Excellent English skills with strong writing and speaking ability, and excellent presentation skills
Proficient research and problem solving skills
Excellent ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
Ability to work evenings, weekends or travel by plane and overnight on rare occasions
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience in HR field
HR Certification (either PHR, PHR-CA or SHRM-CP)
High School Diploma
Some College Education
Experience with Windows and MS Office
Excel and PowerPoint experience
Narrative writing experience
Preferred:
2-4 year college degree
