EXPERIENCED RECRUITER………….
We are looking for someone to source and screen a continuous flow of qualified candidates in order to keep our seats filled. We are a fast-paced environment, therefore looking for someone who is driven. An ideal candidate will be responsible for full-time recruiting, and Administrative support in the payroll and HR department. Strong social skills and comfort in talking to new people. Very customer service oriented, staffing industry experience a must. Knowledge of various applicant tracking systems, and general recruiting processes. Must have a strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and excellent interpersonal communications skills; both written and verbal. You will enjoy a fun and challenging environment where you will be encouraged to grow. We are looking to start someone immediately.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sourcing new candidates daily
Screen and look for the best matches
Sell candidates on the position that is the best fit for them
Set up onboarding and follow up
Ability to successfully interview a high volume of candidates via phone and in-person
Track candidates and new employees
Coordinate with HR on orientation, training, and daily needs
Build a candidate database while tracking all candidates
Ensure completion of all paperwork necessary, articulate company policies, benefits, and detail of position
Perform additional duties as assigned
Some HR/Payroll duties
Our office is located in the heart of Irvine
Monday – Friday/8:00-5:00/$20-$22/Hr. Plus bonus per hired employees, after his/her 30-day probationary period
