Floor Technician/Pressure-Washer $13 - $16/hr (Janitorial)
JOB DESCRIPTION:Now Hiring for a full-time floor technician/pressure-washer in Orange County.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Knowledge in
-Prepping floors/area
-Using low and high speed machines
-Buffing floors, properly using and placing finish
-Stripping floors (all edges)
-Polishing different types of stones
-Carpet extraction
-Experience using a commercial pressure washer machine, and hauling pressure washer trailer.
-Problem-solver, good time management skills, independent
-Clean driving record
-Ability to lift 75-120 lbs occasionally
-Anything additional is a plus!
High School Diploma or equivalent
