Responsibilities:
-Assist with excavation, backfill, paving, and general site cleanup
-Load and unload materials and equipment
-Operate basic tools and follow safety procedures
-Support operators and foremen as needed
Requirements:
-Must have reliable transportation to job sites
-Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
-Previous construction experience preferred
-Must be dependable and punctual
