Performs routine and emergency maintenance, including inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery, equipment and building systems like HVAC, electrical and plumbing. Key duties involve responding to requests via a ticket system, preventing equipment failure, maintaining safety, documenting work, and using technical skills with tools and diagnostic equipment to ensure smooth operations. This is a full-time job (40 hours per week) and has the ability for small amount of overtime. Must be willing to work outside normal business hours, as needed.
Must be able to lift, pull, and carry a minimum of 30 lbs.
High School Diploma/GED is required.
Will require valid CA Driver's License, proof of auto insurance, and have reliable means of transportation. Applicants may be required to undergo background check related to driving record.
