Litigation firm is seeking a paralegal with at least two years' experience in personal injury matters to work on its insurance defense cases.
The ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of practices and procedures of a law office engaged in civil litigation; general knowledge of local, state and federal rules, including filing and service; legal writing and research skills and knowledge of proper format and citations; and an understanding and experience with medical records and terminology.
We are willing to train the right candidate someone with high potential (great writing skills, excellent communication skills and a great attitude).
Paralegal degree or certificate required; litigation experience and/or medical training preferred.
