Prestigious full-service law firm seeks Real Estate Legal Secretary to join their corporate sector specializing in real estate. The Legal Assistant will primarily provide administrative support to attorneys in all aspects of real estate transactions including document preparation, due diligence review, and additional administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of legal secretary support in a real estate department with a law firm. This is an opportunity to work for a well-established firm that is nationally ranked among the best law firms in the U.S.

Responsibilities:

Edit and assemble various real estate and finance documents.

Perform due diligence review.

Process documents for all real estate related transactions.

Assist attorneys with real estate transaction closings.

Process expense reimbursement forms.

Perform conflict checks.

Requirements:

5+ years of legal secretary experience specializing in real estate law.

Advanced proficiency in MS Word and formatting documents, including redlining and styles application.

Must possess outstanding attention to detail and communication skills.

A proactive work ethic.
