Remote contract attorney position to assist with litigation cases, including handling law and motion matters, taking depositions, propounding discovery, responding to discovery and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in Business Litigation, Employment Litigation, and IP Litigation.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, have strong organizational skills, high attention to details, ability to multi-task, strong communication skills and be able to work 100% remotely.
Position will be 30-50 hours per week, depending on business needs. This is a long-term on-going position that can start immediately.
Hourly rate: $75-100 DOE.
