SECRETARY / RECEPTIONIST / LIGHT PARALEGAL WORK. Full time position for immediate opening with a Small San Clemente Law Firm with three attorneys. Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Adobe. Should have good typing skills and general computer knowledge. Job function will involve greeting clients and offering coffee / water, light telephone answering, scanning documents to pdf files, emailing documents to clients, maintaining appointment calendars, light transcription, handling mail, assisting with bills to clients, ordering office supplies and restocking, light paralegal work, occasional out of office errands and other various matters as needed. Ideal candidate will have at least one-year experience working for a law firm. Email resume and salary expectations.
