Brand Photographer (Contract) -Hiring
More Lane Inc. is a fast-growing handbag and fashion accessories company that owns 3 lifestyle brands: www.OldTrend.com // www.TSDbrand.com // www.FORESSENCE.com, We are looking for a experienced digital studio photographer / videographer with a creative eye for both fashion products and lifestyle shoots that align to our brands' aesthetics.
Responsibilities/Requirements
Comfortable photographing in both natural and studio lights (strobes, soft boxes, umbrellas).
Shoot high-volume creative content with urgent deadlines.
Strong knowledge of technical aspects of quality photography.
Provide both RAW and edited/retouched photos for each photo shoot.
Scout models and act as liaison between the company and the models.
Take art direction from Brand/Creative Specialist to capture brand-consistent aesthetic.
Prepare relevant props for shoots that will highlight products.
Organize digital assets efficiently before submission in Dropbox.
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS required.
At least 2 years of outdoor shooting experience - ideally with a lifestyle apparel or handbag brand. Fashion industry experience is a huge plus.
Basic portfolio showcasing your work.
Have your own DSLR, shooting equipment, and editing software.
Must have a valid driver's license and provide your own transportation to photo shoots.
Be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Bridge, and Adobe Lightroom
Videography and video editing skills are a huge plus.
Contract hours: Varies; every other week.
Compensation: DOE, $15 - $25 per hour
