Plastek Manufacturing is always looking for experienced employees who pride themselves on quality, workmanship and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Operates molding machines and other equipment in accordance
Bag and package parts as they are produced.
Produces parts that meet the quality requirements as indicated on the drawings, sample part and inspection diagrams.
Accurately records part counts on production logs sheet as indicated on the form.
Inspects manufactured parts as they are produced.
Mix raw materials and colorants as required for plastic injection
Notifies supervisor or manager of any potential safety hazards.
Keep molding machines supplied with material in sufficient quantity to complete work order quantities
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure and use weighing scales and calculate proper ratios.
Requirements:
Proven experience in injection molding machine operator.
Provide exceptional quality products and services by striving to exceed our customers’ expectations. Support the Plastek Quality Management System meeting all AS9100 and ISO 9001 requirement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
Forklift Certification
Must be proficient with the use of a desktop computer using Windows based operating system.
Must be able to lift up 30 to 55 pounds.
