We are a dietary supplements warehouse in the city of Anaheim Hills looking for an experienced Quality Assurance
Shift: 1st shift: 7:00am-3:30pm
Perform and documents a wide variety of inspections, checks, and sampling procedures during the production process.
- Monitors all aspects of the manufacturing/packaging operations and reports non-conformances to the Supervisor or Manager
Performs line clearance and inspects processing area for removal of all previous product, components and foreign materials.
-Implement and improve quality control operating procedures
-Daily QC reports (audits) of raw material for day.
-Ensure that all GMP and Safety standards are in compliance
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Assurance techniques and tools and quality management principles in a food, chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
Knowledge of FDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, food allergens.
2+ years of experience in Supplement/ or Food manufacturing.
Proficient in the use of MS Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
