Duties:
-Inspection, measurement, raw materials, sub-assemblies, final assemblies, and documentation.
-Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspection of more parts and products using calipers, micrometers, depth micrometers, to ensure conformance with design specifications and drawings.
Understand engineering drawings and inspection requirements of components.
Works as a team, able to work with other inspector(s).
Requirements, Experience & amp; Education
-Must have knowledge of CMM PCDMIS control programs
-Must be able to run CMM machine with PCDMIS control
-First article and final inspection
-Optical Comparator Experience Required.
-Good working knowledge of inspection tools, Calipers, Micrometers, Pin-gauges, Optical Comparator
-Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice
-Must be organized
Position Title: Inspector
Pay Range: $25 and per hour (negotiable depending on experience and after 90-day probation)
Schedule: First shift 7:00 am – 3:30 pm M-F or Swing shift also available. (up for discussion)
