Manufacturing/Assembly Technician

Shift Hours:7 AM to 3:30 PM
Job Overview
We seek a detail-oriented Manufacturing/Assembly Technician to perform precision electromechanical assembly and ensure high quality while meeting customer delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily production tasks, including cable assemblies and highly precise mechanical assemblies.
Operate and maintain tools such as soldering irons, multimeters, crimping tools and other assembly tools.
Follow detailed verbal and written instructions in English to ensure precision and quality.
Troubleshoot production issues and escalate quality control problems as needed.
Support high-yield, low-defect production processes while adhering to safety standards.
Required Qualifications:
o High School diploma or GED.
o Punctual, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude.
o Proficiency with soldering, preferably certified.
o Excellent hand-eye coordination and multitasking ability.
Preferred Qualifications:
o Associate’s degree or technical certification.
o Excellent mechanical aptitude
o crimping expertise
