Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in supporting senior leadership by managing schedules, facilitating communication, and handling confidential and complex assignments. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

- Act as a liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.

- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

- Assist in planning and organizing leadership meetings, events, and special projects.

- Manage complex travel itineraries and expenses, ensuring timely submission and reconciliation.

- Proactively anticipate the needs of senior executives and take appropriate actions to support their priorities.

- Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure the leadership team is prepared for upcoming engagements.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of organizational activities and priorities to provide relevant support.

- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

- MUST HAVE 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-level executives or senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.

- Experience with project management and the ability to handle large-scale tasks efficiently.

- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.

- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of senior leadership.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
