Office Admin/ customer service
We are a leading auto glass company located in the Tustin auto mall
We move at a very quick pace, so the candidate needs to be able to juggle multiple priorities and be ambitious and confident making decisions.
This role requires strong and professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Skills should include computer experience Microsoft Office, experience with Quick books would be very helpful as well.

This position is full time Mon-Friday.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service
Assist answering phones
Respond to incoming emails
Communicate information at all levels of the organization in a friendly and professional manner.
Create customer sales orders
Initiative to start tasks on your own
Must be successfully able to work independently and in a team environment
Able to multi-task and prioritize conflicting demands.
Computer experience:
Microsoft Word, Excel & QuickBooks a plus!
