Personal Assistant
We’re looking for a reliable, positive, and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to join our team! This is an in-house position (no remote work) — the work environment is fast-paced at times, but always fun and rewarding. We’re seeking someone who’s organized, self-motivated, and ready to go above and beyond. Must be prepared to begin in December.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
Managing appointments, scheduling, and daily errands/tasks
Preparing and sending invoices (Some QuickBooks experience required)
Reaching out to past clients for follow-ups and prospecting opportunities
Assisting with social media management and basic video editing
Supporting office operations and helping with administrative duties
Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
Must Haves:
Reliable transportation to and from work (in-office position, no remote work)
Organized with strong time management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Tech-savvy with solid computer skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Numbers
Knowledge of social media platforms and video editing tools
Self-motivated, dependable, and a team player
Positive and friendly attitude
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
English/Spanish bilingual preferred
Details:
$18/hour
Flexible part-time(20–40 hours per week)
