3/4 of the agents at Pellego are investors. Some only represent themselves and close connections, while others focus on more traditional client models.
Agents can network with colleagues through our private facebook group, quarterly BBQs (temporarily on hold), and optional online classes.
Agents get fast, actionable responses from brokers (call or text), complimentary signs, transaction coordination at in-house pricing, and Skyslope transaction software.
Support and training is largely focused on how to elements of a transaction. We are more likely to have a home inspector as a guest speaker than a marketing coach.
Because our brokers do not help you get clients, the workload is about the same with each transaction, so agents pay a flat transaction fee instead of a split with the office.
Agents receive 100% commission less $500-650, and a monthly fee of $85-125.
Agents with no transaction experience pay an additional $500-650 per closing on their first three closings, and get 1:1 broker-handholding at every step of the transaction.
