About the Role:
As an Intake Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners seeking guidance and protection during financial hardship. You’ll help screen client cases, collect information, and coordinate with our legal and advocacy teams to ensure every client receives the support they deserve.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial client intakes via phone or in-person
Collect and organize documentation for attorney and advocate review
Communicate case updates and maintain CRM records
Work collaboratively with attorneys, advocates, and paralegals
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organization skills
Compassionate and professional phone demeanor
Ability to work with sensitive information
Entry-level candidates: Training provided
Seasoned candidates: Experience in legal intake, mortgage, or foreclosure assistance preferred
